Privacy for submitted forms
Shule Zote is responsible for the information collected through these forms. Contact hello@shulezote.co.ke to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal.
Placement requests use your WhatsApp number and/or email only for Grade 10 placement and review-window alerts for 2026/27. The signup checkbox covers the contacts you provide. We are collecting requests; no subscriber messages are being sent yet.
We also keep the optional county, role, and grade of interest you provide, the signup page, and any campaign labels on that page. They help us understand which information people need. We do not collect a child's name, date of birth, or assessment number.
The signup is for adults using their own contacts. Younger learners should ask a parent or guardian to subscribe using the adult's own contact.
New placement requests and their consent history are deleted after 31 March 2027. An existing request keeps the expiry set when it was collected; you can see that date in alert settings. New corrections and staff submissions have their own retention period, currently one year. Older records without a reviewed retention date require separate review.
Records stay in the site's private database and are available to authorized administrators, who can export them. A daily admin email includes only counts and an admin link, never your contact or submitted details. Backups follow the site's backup retention and expired records are purged after any restore.
You can stop a placement request through alert settings using this browser or the recovery code from your confirmation. A repeat signup will not undo an opt-out. Starting again requires that management access and fresh consent.
Your browser remembers when you sign up or choose “Not now” so we can hide signup prompts. “Not now” hides them for 30 days.
Your browser also remembers access to your requests. Clear site cookies to remove this browser's access; save your recovery code first if you want to manage the request later.
We do not sell these contacts or treat these permissions as consent for a different purpose. Any future email or WhatsApp provider requires a review of its data handling and contact-ownership verification before delivery starts.
